Equipment suitable for reuse may have a route back into service. If you have machines available, explore selling your used copiers to RSL. We supply used equipment to the UK trade and worldwide export markets. Data requirements should be addressed separately before equipment moves on.

Yes, RSL Copiers’ data destruction process is carried out using our specialised software, which will wipe the hard drive and give certified verification so that your business can have complete peace of mind that your data has been completely and professionally destroyed.
HDD cleansing certificates can be provided for individual machines where security is paramount. Once a device is erased, a digitally signed, tamper-proof certificate of erasure provides a detailed audit trail to comply with external or internal auditing requirements.

Our main objectives are to maximise the re-use of the equipment we collect, and where re-use is not viable, all raw materials are then recycled.
A copier may hold information on its internal storage after use. The UK’s National Cyber Security Centre advises sanitising storage media that has held sensitive business data before the device leaves your organisation’s control; simply deleting files is not enough.
